WHAT SIZING DO WE USE?

• All of our merchandise is made in UNISEX size unless told so in the description. All items have a sizing chart. We do recommend woman to order one size less than your normal clothing for a better fitting.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?

• Ocho Raices uses USPS for shipping and we take 2-7 days to fulfill and ship out an order. Once we have shipped out the order, customer will receive an email with USPS tracking information. Once tracking number is provided, we are not responsible for any delayed delivery or lost packages.

 

WHAT PAYMENT METHOD DO YOU ACCEPT:

• Ocho Raices offers several payment options such as Visa,Mastercard, Discover and American Express credit cards. We also accept AFTERPAY at checkout.

 

TRACK MY ORDER:

• Track your order with tracking number provided in SHIPPING NOTIFICATION E-MAIL.

 

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

• If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please email info@ochoraices.com whithin the same day of placing your order for a full refund. If emailed after 12:00am Pacific Standard Time we will not be able to issue a refund. All Sales ARE FINAL.
